Ocean outbreak

Investigates what the author calls a growing crisis in marine and ocean ecosystems, namely being the outbreak of infectious diseases among species that could potentially cause mass die-offs from the ocean floor up to the surface as well as in lives of species on land. Discusses how sewage dumping, drifting plastic, global warming, and unregulated aquaculture are contributing to these deadly marine infections.
