When her sister Aqua defeats Kurumu and Mizore after they find and save Moka, the seal on Moka's Rosario seal that inhibits her vampire powers is weakened. Tsukune steps in to help Moka battle Aqua and try to protect what remains of the seal. Without it, Moka might lose herself to her instincts, and, therefore, Tsukune might lose her.

Sophmore at a boarding school for monsters, Tsukune and his friends must rescue Moka from the organization Fairy Tale's floating fortress.

As Ruby and Moka's sister head for the land of the snow fairies, the rest of the gang head to China to repair the Rosario seal and restore balance, but their plane is attacked by a gremlin, they are ambushed on their arrival, and, one by one, the girls begin to disappear.

When the new boy in school decides he wants Tsukune to be a part of his Chinese mob family, Tsukune may have no choice but to submit or die, but Moka may be able to defeat him--with her Rosario removed.

The News Club from Yokai Academy, a high school for monsters, goes to the beach on summer break where Tsukune learns the value of the training Moka has been giving him when a mysterious organization tries to kidnap Mizore.

While they are having the Rosario repaired in Hong Kong, it only takes a touch from the great sorcerer Tohofuhai and Tsukune, Mizore, and Tohofuhai are pulled into Moka's mind, a dream world of memories, where they discover a devastating secret about Moka's heritage.

Tsukune is now a sophomore at the boarding school for monsters and everyone has a problem with him, except Moka, a vampire. The down side to their crush, she has a thirst for his blood.

While Tsukune, Mizore, and the sorcerer Tohofuhai are inside Moka's mind, Moka's sister Aqua shows up demanding that she be allowed to take Moka with her. Moka wakes up and agrees to go with Aqua in order to keep her friends safe and the others follow behind in hope of rescuing her.
