On an Earth beset by climate troubles where only the tyrannical Commander has the option of modern, "civilized" life, children begin to go missing, abducted by the Commander's agents. When Pup confronts the Commander, he is "chosen" to become a member of a special force tat will travel through a barriers of time to a new world, placing the futures of both realms at stake.
