The Tardy boys, their funds running low after their parents are kidnapped by aliens, enter their cat Skinny Kitty in a contest to win a year's worth of food, and find themselves competing against Cat Spy Scratchy from the Planet Hiss who is trying to use mind control to take over the galaxy.
