Caesar, a chocolate labrador dog, and his trainer Ben are in Texas to train the local police when Caesar sniffs out a second bomb at the scene which attracts the attention of Mexican crime lord Carlos Marron who decides that Caesar canprotect him from the kind of bomb attack that targeted his brother. In Caesar's first mission back with his handler, Ben, he discovers a bomb at the Sydney Opera House, and then in Afghanistan a secretary-general's helicopter goes down, and when he is captured it is up to Caesar, Ben, Charlie and an international team to rescue him.
