Crackers and Sulu, the Bionic Hamster, finds themselves in a backwards universe where George and Harold's own evil twins rule the school with the help of the wicked Captain Blunderpants.

After his time-traveling deeds cause the destruction of the world by preventing Harold and George from creating Captain Underpants, Tippy Tinkletrousers tries to use his time machine to correct the situation, but it proves to be difficult to fix.

After being sent to jail for the rest of their lives, George and Harold are taken on a trip back in time by Tippy Tinkletrousers back to their Kindergarten days where they must deal with their bully without the help of Captain Underpants.

While sitting in detention, George and Harold accidentally create an army of evil talking toilets, and Principal Krupp's alter ego, Captain Underpants, has to save the world from it.

Captain Underpants and his friends, having dispatched Melvin Sneedley, the Bionic Booger Boy, must join the fray again when they realize they have forgotten about Sneedley's sidekicks, the Robo-Boogers.

When Professor Pippy P. Poopypants comes to Jerome Horwitz Elementary School to teach science, and he goes off the deep end because students make fun of his name, only Captain Underpants can save the school from the professor's perilous plot.

When George and Harold hypnotize their principal into thinking that he is the superhero Captain Underpants, he leads them to the lair of the nefarious Dr. Diaper, where they must defeat his evil robot henchmen.

A snotty situation ensues when Melvin Sneedley, an academically-gifted student, turns into the Bionic Booger Boy and must be stopped by George, Harold, and Captain Underpants.
