Seventeen-year-old KJ Miller, nice, smart, and pretty, has a knack for attracting socially clueless guys but cannot seem to grab the attention of Cameron Richardson, star of the basketball team, but when Tama Gold, queen of the popular crowd, joins her in staging the school play, she decides that KJ is too nice and offers to help her get cruel and win Cameron's heart.
