When Lizzie volunteers at Caring Paws Animal Shelter, she meets newcomer Harper, and together they must help a tiny Chihuahua mix named Sparky find a new home.

Charles and Lizzie Peterson love puppies. Their family fosters these young dogs, giving them love and proper care, until they can find the perfect forever home.

When their mom sits the family down for a talk, Charles and Lizzie are excited to hear that they'll be fostering Zig and Zag, twin Brittany puppies! Double the puppies should mean double the fun, but the twins are very hyper and need a lot of attention.
