The life of Mizuki, a girl passing herself off as a boy to attend an all-male high school, gets even more complicated when her roommate, who has figured out her secret, kisses her, and her half-American older brother shows up in town, unhappy about her scheme.

With the giant track meet approaching, Mizuki faces her old high-jump rival, Kagurazuka, Sano is up against his brother and his father, and Nakatsu is focused only on Mizuki.

Nakatsu finds out if Sano has feelings for Mizuki and Sano faces a new high jump challenger and an old rival.

Plumbing problems force Mizuki to live with two boys, while Mizuki and Sano find it hard to fight their mutual attraction and Dr. Umeda is reunited with an old friend.
