Captain America and the Guardians of the Galaxy travel to TAA II, Galactus' enormous ship, where they hope to find a device that will nullify the Power Cosmic and help them defeat Korvac.

The battle with Korvac is not going well, so Captain America leaves the fight to continue the search for the nullifier they need to stop the cyborg, but when he finds it, he also finds Galactus.

After the Avengers capture Michael Korvac and have him imprisoned, the Guardians of the Galaxy show up to claim the prisoner and they will not take no for an answer, but Korvac uses the opportunity to escape.
