Jennifer, Joshua and Lisa agree that their new neighbor Echo is the weirdest adult they have ever met, but when Lisa comes up with a mean Halloween trick to scare the woman out of the neighborhood, Jennifer becomes uneasy and knows she has to do something to warn Echo about the plan.
