Lord Lykouleon awaits the return of Kitchel with three treasures that will hopefully work in the war against the demons, not knowing Kitchel is trapped in a mysterious water cave, and at the same time tries to keep Rath from taking action on his own.

Rath learns that Cesia has been kidnapped by Shydeman and Shyrendora and runs into a demon he had hoped was in his past while trying to find her. Includes two side stories.
