J.C is a bird dog who is not quite sure what to do with his nose, and he really wants to just cuddle, but one day he discovers how to hunt quail, and he makes his family very happy.
After having his nose scratched by a cat, pecked by a bird, bitten by a dog, and stung by a bee, J.C. the bird dog develops his own method for pointing quail that protects his delicate sniffer.
