Emma is furious when she catches him riding Sheltie without asking, and she tells Gregory to stay away. Now Sheltie is missing! Does Gregory know where Sheltie is?.
Everyone says Sheltie is causing mischief. But how? He's safely in his paddock. Sheltie has a double named Topper, and only Emma can tell them apart. When the two ponies get mixed up, Topper's pwners take Sheltie by mistake. Emma must find them before she loses Sheltie forever!.
Emma's whole family, including Sheltie, is going away for a weekend break in an old horse-drawn carriage. Sheltie soon makes a friend with Toby, the huge horse who pulls the carriage. But lazy Toby puts Emma's family in danger. Only Sheltie's and Emma's quick thinking can rescue them!.

Emma is glad when her parents agree that Sheltie can come along on the family vacation to the beach and even happier when he helps to rescue another pony from a dangerous situation.
