Everyone says Sheltie is causing mischief. But how? He's safely in his paddock. Sheltie has a double named Topper, and only Emma can tell them apart. When the two ponies get mixed up, Topper's pwners take Sheltie by mistake. Emma must find them before she loses Sheltie forever!.
Emma's whole family, including Sheltie, is going away for a weekend break in an old horse-drawn carriage. Sheltie soon makes a friend with Toby, the huge horse who pulls the carriage. But lazy Toby puts Emma's family in danger. Only Sheltie's and Emma's quick thinking can rescue them!.
Emma's school is holding a fair, and Sheltie is going to give the children rides around the playing field. When he gets very interested in the janitor's storage shed, he is ordered to keep away. But Sheltie can hear noises coming from inside, and he won't stop until he finds out what-orwho-it is!.
Emma is glad when her parents agree that Sheltie can come along on the family vacation to the beach and even happier when he helps to rescue another pony from a dangerous situation.
