Profiles Aaron Kozminski, who was one of Scotland Yard's Criminal Investigation Department's top suspects for Jack the Ripper. The CID didn't have enough evidence to convict him, but Robert Anderson, head of the department, called his identity a "definitely ascertained fact.".
