stalwart, jack (fictitious character)

Jack believes his brother, Max, is in Egypt and suspects King Tut's diadem--a magical crown--has something to do with his disappearance, but the crown has been missing since the tomb was first opened by archaeologist Omar Massri in 1922 and Jack's efforts to track down Massri's ancestor lead him to uncover evidence of a terrible curse.

When an airplane disappears over Mount Everest while carrying a team of scientists in possession of the first Yeti skull ever recovered, Jack and his fellow climbers must brave the world's highest mountain in order to recover the priceless artifact.
