Kelsey is feeling pretty frustrated. Her dad's girlfriend's twin daughters are loud, pushy, and take over everything. She just wishes it was she and her dad once again. But when a tiny King Charles spaniel puppy named Storm suddenly appears, things don't seem half as bad. What Kelsey doesn't realize yet is that Storm comes from another world where he is actually a wolf and he is magical.
