Larf, who has always believed he was the only sasquatch in the world, is thrilled to hear that another sasquatch is scheduled to make an appearance in the nearby city of Hunderfitz, and Larf dresses up as a city slicker before leaving for Hunderfitz.
When Binky and his space team are left at a pet hotel while their humans go on vacation, they encounter Professor Tuffy, an ex-space pet working with the aliens. Binky and his friends attempt to stop Professor Tuffy and her evil plan before their humans return.
Binky and the space team are shocked to learn their humans are leaving the space station and taking the pets to stay at the vet's while they are gone. The pets consider it their duty to escape, but in the process, they come face-to-face with the legendary Professor Tuffy--an ex-space cat who is now collaborating with the aliens--and her hybrid cat/alien, the Felien.
