While trying to stay out of detention, twelve-year-old Armand Jones is called upon by the pan-galactic order of police to help save the universe from Gongar the Peeved.
Armand is about to be inducted into the ranks of the pan-galactic order of police, where he'll have to save alien races and outwit marauding space pirates.
