Students will learn about Russia's unique contribution to our global village called Earth! The program includes information on the geography, history, political system, currency, language, religion and climate. A young tour guide will also show a few of the most famous sites and sample the delicious food.

Germany

Learn about the cultural traditions, history, climate and politics of Germany. Travel to the capital city of Berlin to see some of its famous sites: the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate, and the Berlin Wall. Operate a printing press in the German Museum of Technology, and play a harpsichord in the Museum of Musical Instruments. Also wander the halls of Sanssouci Palace, and attend an Easter service at the Berlin Cathedral.

South Africa

Learn about the cultural traditions, history, climate and politics of South Africa. Drive through Kruger National Park and catch a glimpse of exotic wildlife. Also visit the natural history museum, aquarium, and District Six Museum in Cape Town. Learn about the country's struggle to overcome apartheid.

Morocco

Tour the city of Marrakesh, including the Bahia Palace in the city's old quarter and a lively and crowded souk where there are many items for sale. Also visit the Koutoubia Mosque, dance the mystic rhythms of Gnawa music, and take in the sights and sounds of Djemma el-Fna Square.

Bolivia

Travel to the city of La Paz to see the Parliament Building, walk through the colonial district, look around the mysterious Witches Market, and visit a fortune teller. Also hike through Moon Canyon on the way to the La Paz Zoo, and jaunt through the city of Copacabana on the way to Lake Titicaca.

Switzerland

Learn about the cultural traditions, history, climate and politics of Switzerland. Experience the scenic beauty of the mountain village of Btterkinden before heading off to the capital city of Bern to visit some of its most famous sites: the bear pits, the Swiss National Bank, the Federal Palace, and the Kunstmuseum. Also watch a moving chime show at Bern's renowned clock tower, and see the highly ornamented gate at Bern Cathedral.

Greece

Depicts a group of students traveling to Greece in order to learn about the country's history, politics, culture, language, currency, religion, and climate. Portrays the students walking through the National Gardens and watching the change of guard at the Parliment Building. Also depicts the students stopping at the Acropolis and concludes with their hike up Mount Lycabettus followed by a boat ride to an Easter celebration.
