Fed up with her manipulative, intrusive cousin, Maya pays little heed when Viviana begins to have a hard time adjusting to her new life. When Viviana makes a drastic and dangerous choice, however, Maya becomes the only one who can help.
Maya wants her cousin, Viviana, out of her life, but to make matters worse Viviana is living with her, tries to steal her boyfriend, and is on the school's quiz team competing on a television show with Maya.
