After a terrorist attack by Magneto that killed millions in New York City, teenage Peter Parker is dating Gwen Stacy and mutants have been outlawed. Gwen, the Human Torch, and Iceman are all staying with Peter and Aunt May. Suddenly the three find themselves dealing with big problems when Kitty Pryde is exposed as a mutant, the boy next door develops superpowers, and an imposter tries to replace Spider-Man.

When Norman Osborn, the Green Goblin, escapes custody, he gathers villains Dr. Octopus, Kraven the Hunter, the Vulture, Electro, and the Sandman, and arrives at teenage Peter Parker's front door to kill him. Spider-Man, along with teenage allies the Human Torch and Iceman, take on the Sinister Six with deadly consequences.

When Peter Parker's friend Dr. Connors, a scientist who turns into a giant hostile lizard when he gets angry, turns his son into a similar monster and the two go on a rampage, it is up to Spider-Man to stop them.

Spider-Man learns that he has a sister he has never known about, but his family loyalties are tested when he discovers his long-lost sibling in an evil villainess known as Pity.

Color reprints of Spider-Man comics created by Stan Lee with artists John Romita, Don Heck, and Larry Lieber, originally published in 1967 and 1968. Includes the first appearance of Ant Man, team-ups with the Fantastic Four, Ka-Zar, and other heroes, and encounters with the Kingpin, Doctor Octopus, the Vulture, and other villains.

Spider-Man battles a variety of villains, including the Master Planner, the Molten Man, and the Green Goblin, whose identity he learns after his own identity as Peter Parker is revealed.

Collects color reprints of no. 11-19 of "The Amazing Spider-Man" and no. 1 of "The Amazing Spider-Man Annual," in which Peter Parker contends with Flash Thompson, and Spidey battles Dr. Octopus, Vulture, Electro, Kraven, Mysterio, and the Sandman.

With a new relationship with Carlie Cooper and a chance to work for Horizon Labs, Peter Parker's personal life is looking up, but his life as Spider-Man takes a turn in the opposite direction when the Kingpin hires Roderick Kingsley, aka the Hobgoblin, to fill the vacuum left by Green Goblin Norman Osborn, who is currently in jail, and Spider-Man is asked to join the FF, adding even greater responsibilities to his life.

Collects issues no. 6-10 from the comic series "Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane," in which Gwen Stacy, the new girl at Midtown High, tries to capture the eye of Peter Parker, to the dismay of Mary Jane, and more.
