In this lesbian sports romance, Julie Parker is coaching the women's basketball team at East Nashville High when junior Vanessa joins the team. Her foster parent is former WNBA player Elle Cochrane and Julie's crush. Julie convinces Elle to be her assistant coach. The women bond and Elle offers to help Julie practice dating since she's still figuring out her queer identity. However, soon neither woman knows what's pretend and what is real.
