Agnes Sharp opens Sunset Hall, her family home in the English village of Duck End, to fellow retirees to live out their twilight years in peace, but they are shocked to learn that a dead body has been discovered in the house next door to theirs. Agnes and the rest of her friends hope that this death can explain the death of one of their own: Lilith, whose body they're currently hiding in their shed. The group begins to investigate and soon discover shocking secrets.
