When a serial killer claims his fourth victim, FBI Special Agent Brad Raines contacts the Center for Wellness and Iintelligence, a psychiatric hospital for gifted but troubled individuals. As he profiles the killer, who taunts authorities by leaving bridal veils at his crime scenes, Raines is assisted by Paradise, a young schizophrenic with the ability to experience the victims' final moments. Events start getting extremely personal to Raines when a friend becomes the killer's next target.

Brad Raines, a special agent for the FBI who is trying to solve a serial killer case in which a bridal veil is left at each crime scene, approaches the Center for Wellness and Intelligence, a psychiatric institution with gifted clients, and when he enlists the help of Paradise, a young woman who can experience the final moments of a person's life when touching their dead body, he wonders if he can prevent the next murder.
