Marcus Walker and the talking dog George are rescued from their alien kidnappers by the Sessrimathe. To impress his hosts, Walker becomes a chef and earns an offer to be a royal chef for another alien planet, Niyu. Walker accepts the opportunity, with hopes that it will bring him closer to his home on earth.
