Scrapper John, orphaned son of a mountain man and an Indian woman, and his Indian friend need a horse, so John scales a rock cliff surrounding the valley and skillfully snags two horses. But the only way out is a narrow pass littered with skeletons and alive with hissing rattlesnakes.
