After a field trip to the science museum, twins Stan and Stinky Grosse build a rocket for the Astronomy Fair in an attempt to beat Penelope and win first prize.

The aliens on Uranus find Stinky & Stan's rocket and note, and decide to head to Earth to retrieve the famous farting brothers and bring them back to their planet, but when the boys realize that the aliens are up to no good they craft a getaway plan to return home.
