Shotaro and Mana set out for the I.C. Prefecture in search of Emine, and on the way Mana gets caught up in the Robot Fight Tournament held at the Fear Factory.
Shotaro and Tool battle the Fear Robot while Mana remains missing, and the Fear Factory threatens to stop the heroes with a few of its terrors even as its greatest creation roams the streets.
