After Chibi-Usa is drawn into the far reaches of space-time by a storm, Tuxedo Man travels after her, but when he encounters a woman claiming to be Chibi, he is unsure whether she is his daughter or not. Meanwhile, Sailor Moon and the others must escape Nemesis and the grasp of Wiseman and his cronies.
