Frank and Joe Hardy travel to St. John to investigate the kidnapping of Esteban Calderon, son of United Nation's ambassador Don Ricardo.

The young Hardy boys, Frank and Joe, are sent on a mission to locate the missing son of Don Ricardo on St. John, USVI because the police have hit a blank wall in the case.
