The grand finale of Okeya Fuuta's past, present, and future lives--all seven of them--comes crashing to its end as he finally discovers what he did as the horrible Fortuna.

Having just awakened from a vision of the farthest future and terrified by what he saw, Fuuta and Rune know they have to work fast to complete their spirit journey and see their last two past lives. Grasping the spirit circles in hand, Fuuta and Kouko journey once more, and are shocked to find they have swapped genders.

Fuuta, though he has seen one past life of his after another, still has unanswered questions. Kouko's spirit circle causes Fuuta to witness two significant deaths. Then, a circle kept safe for him leads Fuuta to revisit past lives, leading him to untangle his fate.
