The witch's heart

A human witch named Angrboda is thrown by Odin into a fire after she refuses to give him vision of the future. Left to herself, wounded and without power, she is banished to the remote areas of the world, where she meets the trickster god Loki and falls in love with him. They have three children, each with a secret destiny, but then Angrboda recovers some of her prophetic powers and learns that her new life of bliss and possibly all existence are threatened.

The Ship of the Dead

After Loki escapes, he gathers an army to begin the final battle against the Asgardians. Magnus Chase and his motley group of friends attempt to stop Loki before he can board the "Naglfar," the Ship of the Dead, and launch the Ragnarok, but first they must sail across the oceans of Midgard, Jotunheim, and Niflheim, facing down all manner of beasts and threats before they can even begin to try and outwit Loki.
