When a supposedly real vampire shows up in River Heights, where it seems like all of the teenage girls are becoming fans of a series of vampire novels and movies, Nancy tries to expose him as a fake and winds up exposing a darker, more sinister plot.

Nancy Drew is trapped inside a large estate with Gregor, a man rumored to be a vampire who really just has a rare skin disease that prevents him from going out during the day, and a woman who is certain Gregor is a vampire and believes she must destroy him.
