With Gyokuro, leader of Fairy Tale, controlling Alucard using Moka's Rosario, Tsukune fights his way into the deepest level of Fairy Tale and risks his very humanity in an attempt to stop Gyokuro.

Tsukune and his friends from the New Club rush to save Moka and her sister, Koko, when they are trapped in the campus's underground dungeon by a phantom attacker who has been terrorizing the school.

Tsukune is now a sophomore at the boarding school for monsters and everyone has a problem with him, except Moka, a vampire. The down side to their crush, she has a thirst for his blood.

While Tsukune, Mizore, and the sorcerer Tohofuhai are inside Moka's mind, Moka's sister Aqua shows up demanding that she be allowed to take Moka with her. Moka wakes up and agrees to go with Aqua in order to keep her friends safe and the others follow behind in hope of rescuing her.

Yokai Academy is threatened by a magical warming that could kill the students, so they all flee to snow-fairy country, where they learn the warming is caused by a group of monsters hoping to destroy the school.

While trying to rescue Princess Mizore, Moka, Tsukune, and their friends encounter Moka and Koko's older sister, Kalua, a deadly vampire assassin who is determined to kill everyone who stands in the way of an alliance between between Fairy Tale and Mizore's village.

When her sister Aqua defeats Kurumu and Mizore after they find and save Moka, the seal on Moka's Rosario seal that inhibits her vampire powers is weakened. Tsukune steps in to help Moka battle Aqua and try to protect what remains of the seal. Without it, Moka might lose herself to her instincts, and, therefore, Tsukune might lose her.

Sophmore at a boarding school for monsters, Tsukune and his friends must rescue Moka from the organization Fairy Tale's floating fortress.

As Ruby and Moka's sister head for the land of the snow fairies, the rest of the gang head to China to repair the Rosario seal and restore balance, but their plane is attacked by a gremlin, they are ambushed on their arrival, and, one by one, the girls begin to disappear.
