Brotherband

On a mission to rescue Empress Justina's son from his pirate kidnappers, Hal and the brotherband crew set sail amid stormy seas to the island of Santorillos where they encounter a formidable obstacle, a caldera.

With their honor restored, Hal and his fellow Herons leave Skandia again on a new mission--to track down and stop Hal's nemesis, Tursgud, a bullying youth-turned vicious pirate and slave trader.

The Brotherband crews suffers a storm at sea and ends up on the shores of a remote island. After rescuing two local children from a bear attack, they are befriended by the Mawagansett tribe. However, when their new friends are attacked by the Ghostfaces, a cruel tribe that shave their heads and paint their faces white, the Herons find themselves in a strange land with a new enemy.
