NASA, puzzled by a series of ghostly Saturn V rocket launches from Cape Canaveral, agrees to let astronaut Rick Spencer board one of the rockets with the understanding that he will rendevous with a shuttle and get a ride home, but he decides instead to attempt a moon landing and returns to find himself gifted with amazing psychic powers.
