Buzz Beaker is upset that first prize at the school science fair went to the weird new student, Elron, for his homemade robot. When Elron's robot goes haywire, Buzz races to the rescue and finds out why Elron is so strange.
Buzz has invented Super-Sticky Bug Goo to keep harmful insects away from plants while Buzz's dad has invented a superfast grow juice. Buzz confuses the two and creates giant bees and fleas in his backyard.
