Military intelligence officers George Sueno and Ernie Bascom are called upon to investigate the origins of Seoul, Korea's, red light district in an effort to learn the identity of a long dead American soldier who is supposedly haunting a local fortune-teller, and in the process they discover links to a series of gangland killings, as well as the case of a missing girl.
