the origin of Green Lantern's alien pal
B'dg of planet H'lven (who looks like a two foot tall squirrel) is plucked from his planet, chosen to be the Green Lantern in his sector; at the training center he meets Hal Jordan from Earth--and despite a somewhat rocky start, involving an exchange of insults, the two become friends when B'dg saves Hal from the Spider Guild.
