Cell, a bio-engineered monstrosity designed to be the ultimate weapon, seeks to merge with androids #17 and #18 to increase its strength exponentially. The only hope is for Piccolo to destroy the androids before Cell can merge with them while the Super Saiyans train to destroy it.
