Bramble the horse is just beginning her new life with her girl, Maggie. She doesn't always do what Maggie wants. She is a horse with ideas: "Neither of them should be boss all the time. There should be some give-and-take." The two friends learn their way around the neighborhood, the beach, and, most importantly, each other.
