Thief of time

A parody of modern, harried society in which the venerable Monks of History control time, dishing it out to those who supposedly need it most--but when a young horologist is commissioned to create the world's first Perfect Clock, History Monk Lu-Tze and his apprentice Lobsang Ludd must prevent the clock from starting, or time itself will stop.
