Tide ever rising

Kadie Reynold loves to explore old ghost towns. So when she and her sister visit Eureka, Utah, it's just another ordinary trip--until they stumble across an ancient journal and a beautiful pendant hidden in the depths of a crumbling house. Strange dreams and premonitions about the keeper of the journal are haunting Kadie. She sets out on a journey to Bremerton, Washington to find the journal writer's family.
