Agents Mulder and Scully are sent to investigate freak electrical storms killing off residents in a small Oklahoma town. The victims happen to be the enemies of a local video game whiz who seems to be able to create his own electricity, and Mulder and Scully have to find out how he does it before anyone else turns up dead.
