Fathom

Arahab, an ageless water witch, sets out to awaken the great Leviathan and searches for a human to help her with the ritual, biding her time until the 1930s, when a deranged teenager named Bernice arrives on Anna Maria Island and offers Arahab the perfect opportunity to carry out her plan.
