Otto Starks, a former security guard with hyperdeveloped senses, goes after Rat Burglar, whose theiving abilities cost Otto his job, reputation, and Carlie Izzo--the woman Otto loves--but in order to recover the art and Charlie, Otto must break all the laws he has spent his entire life protecting.
