The alchemy of stone

Mattie, an emancipated automaton, is asked for help by the city's gargoyles in the war between the alchemists and the mechanics as society's foundations crumble, and when Mattie learns of dangerous secrets in the city of Ayona, she risks upsetting the mechanic who made her.
