Kessler, a Washington, D.C. police officer, becomes the target of a lifter who will stop at nothing to get the information needed from Kessler, and as the FBI and the rest of Kessler's department scramble to protect him and his family, Corte, the personal security agent assigned to the case, risks everything to track the lifter and bring him to justice.
