When J.T., a a fifteen-year-old half-Native American and half Mexican boy, goes missing in Oklahoma, Sheriff Martin begins a search that conjurs up pain from his past, and a mysterious hole that appears in war veteran Hickson Crider's lawn that may end up being connected to the investigation.
